Wigan & Leigh Hospice had to switch off their radio when they were told they would have to find over £2100 for the license that allows them to play copyrighted music . Scott being a singer/songwriter and owning the rights to all his music, decided to volunteer his own original songs to be played in all 12 shops across the borough.
“The staff and all the supporters and volunteers at the Hospice do such a wonderful job and I am totally supportive to try and help raise as much money as possible.” Scott’s Album is available in all 12 shops to purchase in aid of Wigan & Leigh Hospice. Please show your support!!!
Scott has been very busy songwriting and producing his own original material. His new song ‘Never Give Up’ is available to download from iTunes on 24 March 2012.
On the 1st Decmber Scott’s Christmas Single ‘Snowfall (Christmas Dreaming)’ will be available to download from iTunes and many other digital online stores. This Christmas single along with the two previously released singles ‘Find Me’ and ‘Could She Ever Be Mine?’ appear on Scott’s album ‘Scott Chapman – Life In Phases’ along with other original tracks penned by Scott, this is also available online on the 1st December.

Congratulations to Denise Welch and Tim Healy for hosting the wonderful Magical Ice Fantasy Ball in Manchester. It was held in aid of ‘The Gem Appeal’ (Genetics, Enzymes, Metabolism). Monies raised for the charity will go towards enabling further the research and treatment of rare life threatening genetic and metabolic disorders in children. An amazing decor and event set up. Brilliant night of fundraising .

All performers did a fantastic job and I can’t thank the Wigan people enough for their wonderful support and comments on my performance. ” Great to see Luke Marsden there for his fourth year. The organisers did brilliant job once again!”

Scott is really honoured and delighted to have been asked back to perform for The Prince’s Trust Diamond Ball. It is to be held at the wonderful St Georges Hall in Liverpool on 1st December. Spectacular Alexandra Burke performing too. Tickets £1900 for a table of 10.
What a privilege for Scott to perform for the Creme De La Creme Ball once again. All monies raised are to go to three very worthwhile charities ‘The Meningitis Trust’ ‘East Cheshire NHS’ and ‘Destination Florida’. Truly AMAZING event. Premiership Footballers, Soap Stars, and many other well know celeberities from stage and screen were there. ”Many thanks to everyone concerned and organisers for putting on such a fabulous event.
