The Musical – Beyond Wigan Pier

A bright future beckons for a musical inspired by the work of George Orwell. Beyond Wigan Pier successfully premiered at The Edge performance venue in April.  The musical is the brainchild of musician and composer Alan Gregory. Following a rapturous reaction and rave reviews of the concert version of The Musical, it is exciting now that there will be a full version of the show put on in 2020.  ” It was an absolutely spectacular event” comments Alan Gregory.

Scott is truly honoured to be cast as George Orwell in the production.  “I totally enjoyed performing alongside the amazing Olivia Garcia X factor star and all other cast members.  It’s like being part of one big happy family. What an amazing feeling when the whole of the 1000 seat venue gave us all a standing ovation at the end of the concert. The duet single performed by myself and Olivia from the show, known as ‘You Look At Me ‘ is available to download from iTunes and all digital stores.  The ‘Beyond Wigan Pier The Musical Act 1 Concert Debut’ album is also available to download too.  The video of the show will be available soon. Roll on 2020!

Aintree Grand National Event – Liverpool

One for Arthur wins the 170th Grand National at Aintree 2017. Once again the world famous racing event was a sell out.  Such a brilliant 3 days of performing at The Randox Health Grand National Event.  Thank you for all the great comments, feedback and support over the 3 days. Such great crowds and big thank you for joining in with the singing and showing how much you enjoyed it.

Eaton Park Gala Ball

It was an absolute privilege for me to perform and support the Eaton Park Gala Ball. Every year the Princes Trust helps over 6000 young people in the North West into work and education. The Ball raised over £150,000 for the charity and it was an amazing night and a fantastic performance from Will Young and also comedian Omid Djalili.

The Princes Trust Diamond Ball

“I feel extremely pleased and honoured to have been able to perform once again for The Prince’s Trust Annual Diamond Ball. It was a fantastic experience to sing for everyone at the wonderful St George’s Hall in Liverpool. Meeting Jamelia, who is an Ambassador for The Prince’s Trust, was brilliant. Lots of money was raised.

I would like to thank the organisers for inviting me along to sing for The Prince’s Trust which was set up 34 years ago and also the sponsers of the event. The Princes Trust has helped over 600,000 young people by giving them skills and confidence and most of all it has helped them change their lives.”

Wigan Christmas Lights Switch-On 2010

Amazing time! Anthony Costa from boyband, Blue, switched on the lights along with Luke Marsden from Big Brother. Scott played a major part in the entertainment and was brought back on to the stage for a second time to sing because of the response of the crowd. Great atmosphere once again.

It was lovely to sign autographs and have photographs taken with the crowd. Many thanks to the organisers and to Wish FM for helping to make it a success. Thank you all for attending and for your support!
